Official VMM-265 Dragons FCF Pilot Helmet Sticker

Official VMM-265 Dragons FCF Pilot Helmet Sticker — Cleared for Flight, Cleared for Fire

Because before the Dragons can fly the mission, somebody has to fly the check flight.

VMM-265, the Dragons, fly MV-22 Ospreys out of MCAS Okinawa as part of MAG-36 and 1st MAW, keeping the Marine Corps' forward-deployed tiltrotor capability sharp in the Indo-Pacific. An FCF — Functional Check Flight — is one of the most critical and least glamorous jobs in aviation: after major maintenance, somebody has to strap in and make sure everything actually works before the aircraft goes back on the flight schedule. FCF pilots are the quality control of the skies, testing systems, limits, and tolerances so the rest of the squadron can fly with confidence. This helmet sticker — inspired by Mortal Kombat flair — is for the Dragon who takes the jet nobody else wants to fly first. That's not a punishment. That's trust.

Perfect For: VMM-265 Dragons FCF pilots and maintainers, MV-22 Osprey community, MAG-36 Marines, and anyone who's ever taken a freshly-fixed aircraft for its first ride back.

Dragons FCF. Fly it first. Fix it if it breaks again.
